Select a Ticket: Choose the ticket you want to pin or include in multi-ticketing.
Pin the Chat: On the detailed ticket screen, locate the "Pin" icon and click on it to pin the chat.
โAccess Pinned Chats: The pinned chat will appear at the bottom left of your screen. You can hide pinned chats by clicking "Hide" beneath them, and access them by clicking on "Chats."
โUnpin a Chat or Ticket: To unpin, simply click the pin icon again, and the chat will be removed from the pinned list.
Note: You can pin up to 7 tickets/tasks at a time. To add a new chat to the pinned list, you'll need to unpin an existing one.
