How to pin chats or do Multi-ticketing.

  1. Select a Ticket: Choose the ticket you want to pin or include in multi-ticketing.

  2. Pin the Chat: On the detailed ticket screen, locate the "Pin" icon and click on it to pin the chat.

  3. Access Pinned Chats: The pinned chat will appear at the bottom left of your screen. You can hide pinned chats by clicking "Hide" beneath them, and access them by clicking on "Chats."

  4. Unpin a Chat or Ticket: To unpin, simply click the pin icon again, and the chat will be removed from the pinned list.

Note: You can pin up to 7 tickets/tasks at a time. To add a new chat to the pinned list, you'll need to unpin an existing one.
