How to Manage Quality Assurance rules for Projects

How to view & Enable Quality Assurance rules.

To access and activate Quality Assurance rules, follow this step-by-step guide:

  1. On side navigation bar, access the Control Center

  2. Choose the "Quality Assurance" option from Service Desk section

  3. The upcoming screen is divided into dedicated tab sections for Projects, including tabs for "Assigned Projects," and "Closed Projects"

  4. To view the specific rules for each section, simply click on the corresponding tabs.

  5. Adjacent to each rule, you'll find a toggle button. To activate or deactivate a Quality Assurance rule, simply switch the toggle ON or OFF.​

What does each rule of the “Assigned Projects” section intend.

Project Tag: projects not meeting the minimum tag count will be marked as failed.

Estimated End Time: Projects without an estimated end time will be marked as failed.

Project Type: Projects without a type mentioned will be marked as failed.

Project Subtype: Projects without a subtype mentioned will be marked as failed.

Budget Hours: Projects without budget hours added will be marked as failed.

Minimum Project Description (words): Projects not meeting the minimum word count for description will be marked as failed.

Attachment Size Exceeds (MB): Projects with attachments exceeding the specified size limit will be marked as failed.

What does each rule of the “Closed Projects” section intend.

Actual time: Actual time should not exceed Budgeted hours
