How to Add a new board for Tickets.

To add a new board for projects, follow these steps:

Step 1: On side navigation bar, access the Control Center

Step 2: Choose the "Boards" option from Service Desk section

Step 3: Select the “Projects” tab on the new window that appear, you can view the existing boards.

Step 4: To add a new board, click on the “Board +” icon located at the upper right corner of the screen.

Step 6: A new window will open. Enter the board name in the “Board name” field and add a brief description of the board in the “Description” field. Afterward, click on “Create” to complete the process.

By following these steps, you can successfully add new board for projects.

How to edit/delete an existing board for projects.

  1. To edit a board, click on the same

  2. You can change the board's name and description.

  3. If you want to delete, click on the delete icon and a confirmation window will pop up. Click on "Confirm" to delete the board.
