Archive and restore tickets, projects, and announcements

Written by Basil Mathai

Important notes

  • Archiving does not immediately remove an item permanently.

  • The ticket Delete action moves tickets to the Archived section.

  • Projects and announcements use the Archive action.

  • Restored items return to their respective active lists.

  • Only users with the required permissions can manage archived items.

  • Permanent deletion cannot be reversed.
