Control which task-related updates your team receives by customizing task notification settings within your account preferences.
Follow these steps to configure task notifications:
From the left-side navigation bar, open the Control Center.
Under Account Preferences, click on Notifications.
In the notifications window, switch to the Tasks section.
Use the toggle buttons on the right to enable or disable each available rule.
How to Manage Each Notification for Tasks:
New Tasks: Enable this notification to be alerted when a new task is created. Select your notification channel and assign recipients.
Assigned Tasks: Turn ON this rule to notify resources when a task is assigned. Select a preferred channel and choose recipients.
Task Status Update: Get notified whenever a task status changes. Enable this rule, pick a notification channel, and add recipients.
Closed Tasks: Enable this option to receive alerts when tasks are marked as closed. Choose the notification channel and relevant recipients.
Chat Notification: Stay informed about chat activity within tasks. Turn ON the notification, select your channel, and assign recipients.
Once you've finalized your preferences, click Save to apply the changes.
