How to Manage Project Notifications for Resources

To manage the notifications that you want to receive or block for your resources, you can follow these simple steps:

Step 1:On side navigation bar, access the Control Center

Step 2:Choose the "Notifications" option from Account preferences section

Step 3: In the notification window, find sections for projects.

Enable or disable notifications using the toggle button located to the right of each notification.

How to Manage Each Notification for Projects:

To manage each specific notification that you want to receive or block, users can go to the "Notification" section on the side navigation bar and Turn ON/OFF each feature according to their desire:

New Projects: To set up notifications for new projects, turn ON the notification. Enabling this option allows you to choose recipients for notifications and decide on the notification method, whether through email or alerts.

Assigned Projects: To set up notifications for assigned projects, turn ON the notification. Enabling this option allows you to choose recipients for notifications and decide on the notification method, whether through email or alerts.

Project Status Update: To set up notifications for project status updates, turn ON the notification. Enabling this option allows you to choose recipients for notifications and decide on the notification method, whether through email or alerts.

Closed Projects: To set up notifications for closed projects, turn ON the notification. Enabling this option allows you to choose recipients for notifications and decide on the notification method, whether through email or alerts.

Use the "Notification" section on the side navigation bar to manage each notification feature according to your preferences. Once you have completed Turning ON/OFF the desired notifications, Click on “Save” to save it."
