If a team member is unable to authenticate or has changed their device, you can reset their Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to allow them to reconfigure it during their next login.
Follow these steps to reset MFA for a resource:
From the left-side navigation panel, access the Control Center.
Under the My Company section, click on Resources.
Locate and select the specific resource (user) for whom you want to reset MFA. This will open the Edit Resource modal.
In the modal, click the Reset MFA button.
You have now successfully reset MFA for the selected resource. The user will be prompted to set up MFA again during their next login.
