Enhance your account security by enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). MFA adds an extra layer of protection by requiring a secondary authentication method during login.
Follow these steps to enable MFA:
From the left-side navigation panel, go to the Control Center.
Under the Account Preferences section, click on Security.
3. In the Security settings, activate the Multi-Factor Authentication option by toggling the switch.
4. A modal window will appear. Click Enable MFA to confirm and activate Multi-Factor Authentication.
Guiding Teammates Through the Authentication Process
After MFA is enabled, guide your teammates to complete the authentication setup during their next login:
They will be prompted to use an authenticator application, as recommended by your administrator.
A unique QR code will be displayed on the screen. Users should scan this code using the authenticator app on their mobile device.
Once scanned, users should click Next to proceed.
Finally, they must enter the verification code generated by the app to complete the authentication setup.
This ensures a secure and successful authentication experience for all users on your platform.
