How to Delete/Edit an SLA.

To Edit/Delete, follow these steps:

  1. On side navigation bar, access the Control Center

  2. Choose the "SLA" option from Service Desk section

  3. On the displayed screen, identify the SLA policy that requires editing or removal and click it to open the same.

  4. The SLA drawer will open, displaying all the details of the SLA policy. Modify each field as needed.

  5. To save and update the modified details, click on the "Save" button.

  6. If you wish to delete an SLA instead, click on the delete icon within the respective SLA section.
