To create templates for Canned Notes, follow these steps:
On side navigation bar, access the Control Center
Choose the "Canned Notes" option from Service Desk section
On the screen that appears below, click the “Canned notes +” button located in the upper-right corner of the screen.
A new window will open; fill in the title of the canned note in the field “Canned note title”.
Enter the note in the Notes section.
Finally, click “Create” to create the canned notes.
