Canned notes are prewritten messages that can be used to reply to users quickly and efficiently. They are especially useful for responding to addressing common issues. By using canned notes, you can save time and ensure consistent and professional communication.

How to create templates for Canned Notes

To create templates for Canned Notes, follow these steps:

  1. On side navigation bar, access the Control Center

  2. Choose the "Canned Notes" option from Service Desk section

  3. On the screen that appears below, click the “Canned notes +” button located in the upper-right corner of the screen.

  4. A new window will open; fill in the title of the canned note in the field “Canned note title”.

  5. Enter the note in the Notes section.

  6. Finally, click “Create” to create the canned notes.

How to Update/Delete Template for Canned Notes.

To update/delete the templates for Canned Notes, follow these steps:

  1. On side navigation bar, access the Control Center

  2. Choose the "Canned Notes" option from Service Desk section

  3. Click on the saved canned notes to edit/IUpdate the same

  4. Select checkbox and use delete button on bottom action bar to delete any Canned Notes from list.
