How to Add a New Ticket Board
Follow these steps to create a new board for managing tickets:
Open the Control Center from the side navigation bar.
Select "Boards" under the Service Desk section.
In the new window, click the "Tickets" tab to see existing boards.
Click the “Board +” button in the upper-right corner of the screen.
A new window will appear.
Enter the Board Name in the corresponding field.
Add a short Description for the board.
Click "Create" to add the new board.
