How to View/Update Tag Attributes.

To view/update Tag attributes, please follow these steps:

Step 1: On side navigation bar, access the Control Center

Step 2: Choose the "Tags" option from Service Desk section

Step 5: To add a new value to the tags list, click on the "Tag +" button.

Step 6: Click to edit an existing tag from list

Step 7: Select checkbox and use delete button on bottom action bar to delete any tag from list.
