Set a Default Board for Tickets
To select a default board for managing tickets, follow these steps:
Open the Control Center from the side navigation bar.
Click on "Boards" under the Service Desk section.
In the new window, select the “Tickets” tab to view all ticket boards.
On each board card, you will see a toggle button. Turn on the toggle for the board you want to set as the default.
That's it! The selected board will now be used as the default ticket board.
Set a Default Board for Projects
To choose a default board for managing projects, follow these steps:
Open the Control Center from the side navigation bar.
Click on "Boards" under the Service Desk section.
In the new window, select the “Projects” tab to view all project boards.
On each board card, turn on the toggle button to set that board as the default.
That's it! The selected board will now be used as the default project board.
