How to Manage the Default Board for the Tickets/Projects.

To manage the default board for the tickets, follow these steps:

Step 1: On side navigation bar, access the Control Center

Step 2: Choose the "Boards" option from Service Desk section

Step 3: Select the “Tickets” tab on the new window that appear, you can view the existing boards.

Step 4: Use toggle button on each board's card to make it default board for tickets

That's it! Your preferred Board will now be the default board for all the tickets.

To manage the default board for the projects, follow these steps:

Step 2: On side navigation bar, access the Control Center

Step 2: Choose the "Boards" option from Service Desk section

Step 3: Select the “Projects” tab on the new window that appear, you can view the existing boards.

Step 4: Use toggle button on each board's card to make it default board for projects

That's it! Your preferred Board will now be the default board for all the projects.
