Set Rule for Feedback on Quality Assurance

To view Quality Assurance rules, follow these steps:

  1. On side navigation bar, access the Control Center.

  2. Choose the "Quality Assurance" option from Service Desk section

  3. The Quality Assurance rules screen will appear, featuring dedicated sections for Tickets, Projects, and Tasks.

  4. On tickets section, there will be dedicated tabs for "Assigned tickets," "Closed tickets" and "Feedback".

  5. Each rule is accompanied by a toggle button. Enable or disable a Quality Assurance rule by switching the toggle ON or OFF within the feedback section.

Feedback: If the rating falls below the established threshold, it is considered a failure.
