User can add attachments using the conversational mode. Users have the ability to add attachments at their discretion by utilizing the attachment feature available in the chat window while engaged in a conversation. Users can Add attachments to their Own tickets and Team’s tickets by choosing between “My tickets” & “Team’s Tickets”.
For adding attachments in own tickets:
Click on “My tickets”
Open ticket you wish to add attachments to.
Click on the "Attachment" option.
Select the attachment that you wish to add.
Open the attachment.
Click on "Attach".
For adding attachments in Team’s Tickets:
Click on “Team’s Tickets”
Open ticket you wish to add attachments to.
Click on the "Attachment" option.
Select the attachment that you wish to add.
Open the attachment.
Click on "Send".
How to find out the Attachments of a Ticket
Users can find Attachments of a ticket by simply following these instructions:
NB: Users can switch between “My tickets” and “Team’s Tickets” and view attachments of own tickets and team’s tickets.
Step 1) Open the ticket that you want to see attachments.
Step 2) Look for the attachments, which will be displayed on the left-hand side of the chat window below ticket description.
By following these simple steps, you will be able to quickly and easily find attachments of a ticket.
