How to find Ticket ID
We understand that finding your ticket ID is important to help you gain insights and understand the status of your ticket.
To make this process easy for you, we have provided unique and attentive features. User can choose between own tickets and team’s ticket by switching between “My tickets” & “Team’s tickets”.
To find your Ticket ID, please follow these simple steps:
Step 1) Open the ticket that you would like to find the ID for.
Step 2) Look for the top bar, which is located just above the ticket details. To the immediate right of the back button, you will see the ticket ID.
Note: This is same for “My tickets” & Team’s Tickets”
How to find the Ticket status
User can find the status of a ticket with ease. simply follow these instructions:
Step 1) Access the ticket that you want to know status of.
Step 2) Look for the status, which will be displayed on the right-hand side of the Ticket/Request ID on top bar.
By following these simple steps, you will be able to quickly and easily find out the status of your ticket.

How find the priority of a Ticket
If you need to check the priority of a ticket, simply follow these user-friendly instructions:
Step 1) Access the ticket that you want to know the priority of.
Step 2) Look for the priority status, which will be displayed on the right-hand side of the Status on top bar.
By following these simple steps, you will be able to quickly and easily find out the priority of your ticket.

How to cancel a Ticket
To cancel a ticket, please follow these steps:
Open the ticket that you want to cancel.
Click on the "cancel ticket" option located in the upper right corner of the screen left to “Approve” option.
Once you click on "cancel ticket", the ticket status will be changed to "cancel".
The ticket will now be canceled.
By following these steps, you can easily and quickly cancel a ticket within the ticket itself.

How to find out the Created Date, Summary and Attachments of a ticket
Users can find Created Date, Summary & Attachments of a ticket by simply following these instructions:
Step 1) Open the ticket
Step 2) Look for the created date, summary & attachments, which will be displayed on the left-hand side of the chat window below ticket ID.
By following these simple steps, you will be able to quickly and easily find date, summary & attachments of a ticket.
How to find option to schedule time to connect with Technician or Support Resource
Users can find the option “Schedule time to connect with technician” by simply following these instructions:
Step 1) Open the ticket on which you would like to connect with tech
Step 2) Look for “Schedule time to connect with technician” which will be displayed on the right-hand side of the chat window below “Approve”.
By following these simple steps, you will be able to quickly and easily schedule a time to connect with support team.
