How to chat with Tech to resolve your issues quickly and efficiently? To begin chatting, follow these steps:
Create a ticket/request by following steps to create a ticket or request.
A chat section will be available for users to discuss ticket/request details at middle pane.
Type the message for support team
Press "enter" or click "send".
Once Tech assigned and replies to your chat, continue to provide more insights on the issue within the same chat.
Keep chatting until you receive a workaround or solution for your issue.
By following these simple steps, users can experience a seamless chat experience with Tech and avoid delays in addressing and acknowledging emails.
Updating Tickets
Users can update tickets with additional information with the conversational mode, users have the ability to update tickets at their discretion by utilizing the features available in the chat window while engaged in a conversation.
The process for adding attachments, images, or recordings is essentially the same.
Here are the steps to follow for performing the following actions:
For adding attachments:
Click on the "Attachment" option.
Select the attachment that you wish to add.
Open the attachment.
Click on "Send".
For adding images:
Click on the image icon.
Select the image that you wish to add.
Open the image.
Click on "Send".

To start screen recording:
Click on the "Record" option.
Stop recording when you are done.
Click on "Send"
