DeskDay offers flexible subscription plans for MSPs and IT teams. Choose a Standard or Enterprise plan based on your team's requirements, with an optional DeskDay AI subscription for AI-powered assistance and automation.

All plans include a 14-day free trial.

DeskDay offers two subscription plans: Standard and Enterprise.

Standard plan

The Standard Plan includes the essential features needed to manage your service desk operations.

Included features:

  • Ticketing and project management

  • SLA management and automated time tracking

  • Contracts and invoicing

  • Service desk workflow automation

  • Customer announcements

  • Up to five custom support email addresses

  • Single Sign-On (OIDC/SAML)

  • Custom-branded customer web portal

  • DeskDay-branded Microsoft Teams, mobile, and desktop applications

Enterprise plan

The Enterprise Plan includes everything in Standard, along with additional branding options.

Additional features:

  • Fully branded Microsoft Teams application for customers

  • Fully branded iOS and Android applications for customers

  • Fully branded Windows and Mac desktop applications for customers

  • Add support email addresses without limit

2. DeskDay AI subscription

DeskDay AI is available as a separate subscription in addition to your Standard or Enterprise plan.

Unlike regular DeskDay subscriptions, DeskDay AI is not charged per technician. A single account-level AI subscription enables the available AI features for your DeskDay account.

To purchase or activate DeskDay AI, contact the DeskDay Support team for pricing and activation assistance. No additional installation is required.

What's included in DeskDay AI?

Ask Helena: Type it or say it

Ask questions or give instructions using text or voice. Helena uses your live DeskDay data to provide answers and perform supported actions.

For example:

  • "Which clients had SLA breaches this month?"

  • "Change ticket #1234 to high priority and tell the user we're on it."

Helena AI copilot

Helps technicians resolve tickets faster with:

  • Root cause analysis and recommended next steps

  • Similar tickets, knowledge base articles, and vendor documentation

  • AI-generated customer replies for review

  • Customer sentiment analysis

  • Supporting sources and context for recommendations

AI agents

DeskDay AI Agents automatically handle specific service desk tasks and involve technicians when necessary. Actions requiring approval are presented for review, with activity recorded in the ticket.

Triage & Dispatch agent

The Triage & Dispatch Agent handles the initial stages of ticket management.

  • Intake: Formats ticket subjects, requests missing information, and merges duplicate tickets.

  • Triage: Sets categories and priorities, adds relevant KB articles, tags, and checklists.

  • Dispatch: Assigns tickets to the appropriate technician or board based on skills and workload.

4. Free data migration

Data migration is included at no additional cost with every subscription plan.

DeskDay can assist with migrating:

  • Historical tickets and conversations

  • Customer records

  • User and contact information

5. Billing and cancellation

Payment methods: DeskDay accepts major credit cards.

Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Annual subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active subscription term.

Customer users: Customer-facing applications are included without additional per-user licensing charges.

6. Frequently asked questions

Can I use DeskDay with just one technician?

Yes. The Standard annual plan has no minimum seat requirement.

Is DeskDay AI included in my standard or enterprise subscription?

No. The DeskDay AI subscription described here is purchased separately from your regular DeskDay subscription.

Is DeskDay AI charged per technician?

No. DeskDay AI uses account-level pricing rather than per-technician licensing.

How do I activate DeskDay AI?

Contact DeskDay Support to purchase and activate the AI subscription for your account.

Can I try DeskDay before subscribing?

Yes. DeskDay offers a 14-day free trial.

Do I have to pay for customer users?

No. DeskDay does not charge additional per-user license fees for customer-facing applications.

Are upcoming AI agents included automatically?

Availability depends on the agent's release schedule and applicable AI subscription terms.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Cancellation takes effect according to your subscription's billing cycle and commitment terms.
