How to create templates for Canned Notes
To create templates for Canned Notes, follow these steps:
From the left-hand side navigation panel, click Control Center.
In the Account Preference section, select Templates.
βIn the Templates section, click Canned Notes to manage your predefined responses.
βOn the Canned Notes page, click the "Canned Notes +" button in the top-right corner to create a new template.
When the new window opens, enter a clear and descriptive title in the "Canned Note Title" field to help you easily identify this template later.
Enter your message in the Notes section.
βFinally, click the "Create" button to save your new canned note template.
How to Update/Delete Template for Canned Notes.
To update/delete the templates for Canned Notes, follow these steps:
From the left-hand side navigation panel, click on Control Center.
Under the Account Preference section, select Templates from the available options.
From the Templates section, click on Canned Notes
Click on the saved canned notes to edit/Update the same
To remove a saved canned note, simply click the trash icon located at the bottom-right corner of the note.
