Canned notes are prewritten messages that can be used to reply to users quickly and efficiently. They are especially useful for responding to addressing common issues. By using canned notes, you can save time and ensure consistent and professional communication.

How to create templates for Canned Notes

To create templates for Canned Notes, follow these steps:

  1. From the left-hand side navigation panel, click Control Center.

  2. In the Account Preference section, select Templates.

  3. In the Templates section, click Canned Notes to manage your predefined responses.
    ​

  4. On the Canned Notes page, click the "Canned Notes +" button in the top-right corner to create a new template.

  5. When the new window opens, enter a clear and descriptive title in the "Canned Note Title" field to help you easily identify this template later.

  6. Enter your message in the Notes section.
    ​

  7. Finally, click the "Create" button to save your new canned note template.

How to Update/Delete Template for Canned Notes.

To update/delete the templates for Canned Notes, follow these steps:

  1. From the left-hand side navigation panel, click on Control Center.

  2. Under the Account Preference section, select Templates from the available options.

  3. From the Templates section, click on Canned Notes

  4. Click on the saved canned notes to edit/Update the same

  5. To remove a saved canned note, simply click the trash icon located at the bottom-right corner of the note.
