Set up a consistent header and footer for all outgoing emails from DeskDay. This ensures your branding or important disclaimers appear on every email automatically.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Control Center
From your DeskDay dashboard, navigate to the Control Center.

  2. Access the Templates Section
Under Account Preferences, locate the Templates card.

Click the card to open the templates configuration panel.

  3. Open Global Settings
Inside the Templates section, click on Global Settings

A drawer will appear with fields for entering Header and Footer content.

  4. Enter Header and Footer Content
In the respective fields, add your custom header and footer content.

    • You can enter plain text, HTML, or include branding elements such as logos or social links.

  5. Save Your Global Settings
Customize your email branding by adding a company logo and signature.

    1. Add Logo

    • In the drawer, locate the logo icon at the bottom-left corner.

    • Click the icon to upload your company logo.

    b. Add Company signature

    • At the bottom-left of the screen, click on the "Add Signature" option.

    • Enter your company’s email signature content, such as name, title, contact info, or disclaimers.

  6. Save Your Global Settings

    • Once you’ve added your content, click Save.

The configured header and footer will automatically be applied to all outgoing email templates.

Tips:

  • To override the global header and footer on individual templates, check the "Override Global Settings" box within that template.

  • Use this override to add personalized signatures, campaign-specific notes, or different branding for select messages.
