Set up a consistent header and footer for all outgoing emails from DeskDay. This ensures your branding or important disclaimers appear on every email automatically.
Steps:
Go to the Control Center
From your DeskDay dashboard, open the Control Center.Access the Templates Section
Under Account Preferences, find the Templates card and click to open it.
βOpen Global Settings
In the Templates section, click on Global Settings. A drawer will open with fields for adding Header and Footer content.
βEnter Header and Footer Content
Add your custom header and footer text, HTML, or branding details in the respective fields.Save Your Global Settings
Once filled in, the header and footer will automatically apply to all outgoing email templates.
Tips:
To override the global header and footer on individual templates, check the "Override Global Settings" box within that template.
