Go to the Group policy management console and right click on the OU/Domain where you want to create the GPO and click on Create a GPO.

Name the GPO

The create GPO will be listed under the domain/OU. Right click on the GPO and click on Edit

Expand Computer configuration -> Policies -> Software Settings and click on the Software Installation

Right click on the pane and select New Package

Open the package from the network share

Select Assigned

The package will be showing in the software installation in the software settings

Go to the group policy management console and link the policy to the OU/Domain.
