How to Assign a Technician to a Ticket

  1. Open the Ticket: Select the ticket you want to assign a technician to.

  2. Click on "Assignees": At the top of the ticket, locate the "Assignees" button and tap on it.

  3. Add a Technician: A new screen will appear. From here, add the technician you wish to assign to the ticket.

  4. Ticket Status Update: If the ticket was in "New" status, it will automatically change to "Assigned" once a technician is added.
