How to Use the Actions Tab in the Mobile App

  1. Open the Actions Tab: Navigate to the actions tab in the ticket.

  2. Manage Ticket Actions: Here, you can:

    • Add notes and time.

    • Manage billing settings.

    • Add products and expenses.

      Manage Tickets: You can either add a child ticket or merge another ticket from this section.
