How to Manage Ticket Properties and Checklists in the Mobile App

  1. Open the Overview Tab: Go to the ticket’s overview tab.

  2. Add Properties and Checklists: Use the ticket properties and checklist sections to add more details and create checklists for easier ticket handling.

  3. Add Time Entries: The overview tab also contains the ticket timer where you can add time entries.
