How to View Ticket Details in the Mobile App

Open a Ticket: After selecting a ticket, you’ll see three tabs at the top.

Overview Tab:

  • You can view the status, priority, and SLA of the ticket.

  • Customer details are also displayed here.

  • Tap on these fields to edit them if needed.

    Change Status or Priority: Tap on the status or priority field to open a bottom sheet where you can update the values.
