How to Create a Ticket from the Mobile App for Technicians

  1. Login: Open the DeskDay mobile app and log in with your credentials.

  2. Access Ticket Creation: On the home screen, tap the β€œ+” icon to start creating a ticket.

  3. Assign Details:

    • Select the Assignee.

    • Choose the Customer and User for whom the ticket is being raised.

    • Set the Priority of the ticket, then tap "Next."

  4. Add Ticket Properties: Fill in the necessary ticket details, and tap Create to submit the ticket.

That's it! You've successfully created a ticket from the mobile app.
