To create ticket in teams app, follow these steps;
Access the chat tab within IT-Connect. Here, you'll find a convenient suggestion for creating a ticket. Or simply type “Create Ticket” in the chat box.
A modal will appear allowing you to select the options that best suit your needs.
Once you've made your selections, just click on the 'Create' button. Voila! Your ticket will be promptly generated and ready for action.
After submitting the ticket, users can access it by either clicking 'View Ticket' or navigating to the 'Home' tab above the chat to view the tickets.
From the home tab, users can add new tickets by clicking the "New Ticket+" button located at the top right corner of the screen.
That's it! Your ticket has been created successfully.
