How to chat in Private, Public & Self mode.

In chat, there are three modes of chatting

SELF

If you require personal reminders or notes, utilize the Self chat feature within DeskDay as your private notebook.

Private

We also offer Private Chat, exclusively accessible to assigned resources and managers, facilitating internal discussions within the MSP team.

Public

Require a sorted view? Utilize the Public channel to interact with everyone.
