New subscription.

Effortlessly manage and pay for your subscription plan, customising it to fit the needs of your Managed Service Provider (MSP). Ensure your plan aligns perfectly with your MSP's specific requirements and preferences.

Here's how to subscribe:

  1. On side navigation bar, access the Control Center

  2. Choose the "Subscription" option from My Company section.

  3. Select the number of seats

  4. Update the billing address and click "Proceed".

  5. You'll be redirected to a new page where you need to enter your card details or opt for net banking.

  6. After successfully filling in the required information, click "Subscribe" to finalize the subscription.

By following these steps, you have successfully subscribed to our platform, tailored to meet your MSP's needs.

  • If you are interested in our annual plan, please contact our support team.

  • Seat adjustment is flexible, allowing you to either slide the bar or increment using the arrows within the box.

  • If needed, you have the option to apply any applicable promo codes.

  • Upon successful subscription, an invoice will be generated and made available for download from the "Invoice" tab.

Updating the subscription details

To proceed with the subscription, please follow these steps diligently:

  1. On side navigation bar, access the Control Center

  2. Choose the "Subscription" option from My Company section.

  3. Select the overview option from the provided tab.

  4. On there user can see "Manage" option to update.

  5. A modal window appears, allowing us to adjust the number of seats by sliding a bar or using the arrows within the designated box.

  6. After selecting click the button "Pay Now" for pay.

  7. A modal window pops up, confirming the successful payment.

By following these steps, you have successfully renewed subscription.

(Note: Billing address and payment details will be already saved from previous)

Cancelling the existing Subscription

To proceed with the subscription cancellation, please follow these steps diligently:

  1. On side navigation bar, access the Control Center

  2. Choose the "Subscription" option from My Company section.

  3. On the left bottom there will be a button "Cancel Subscription" to cancel the subscription.

  4. A modal pops up for the confirmation, click the button "Cancel Subscription".

By following these steps, you have successfully cancelled subscription.
