How to merge duplicate tickets to a ticket.

To merge duplicate tickets to a ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Open the service desk module on side navigation bar and select "Tickets" section.

  2. Find the ticket that you want to merge duplicate tickets into, and open it.

  3. On the left-side panel, under Related Tickets, click the + icon.

  4. Select the tickets you want to merge into this ticket.

  5. Click Merge to complete the action.

With these steps, you can successfully merge the duplicate tickets into a parent ticket

NB: You can also merge duplicate tickets to a parent ticket from ticket board by selecting required tickets and using the "Merge" option on action bar.
