How to merge duplicate tickets to a ticket.
To merge duplicate tickets to a ticket, follow these steps:
Open the service desk module on side navigation bar and select "Tickets" section.
Find the ticket that you want to merge duplicate tickets into, and open it.
On the left-side panel, under Related Tickets, click the + icon.
Select the tickets you want to merge into this ticket.
Click Merge to complete the action.
With these steps, you can successfully merge the duplicate tickets into a parent ticket
NB: You can also merge duplicate tickets to a parent ticket from ticket board by selecting required tickets and using the "Merge" option on action bar.
