How to view the timeline of a ticket.
To view the ticket timeline, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the service desk module on side navigation bar and choose "Tickets" section.
Step 2: Look for the ticket you want to view the timeline and click on it to open it.
Step 3: In the chat window, you will find the name of the assignee at the top bar. Look for the "log" button located beside it.

Step 4: Click on the โlogโ button.
You will get complete list of update timeline logs for the ticket such as ticket created, Assigned, change in status, Change in any properties of ticket, an update made on ticket etc.
