How to manage attachments added on a ticket.

To manage attachments added to a ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the service desk module on side navigation bar and choose "Tickets" section.

  2. Select the ticket that you want to manage the attachments.

  3. Once the ticket has been opened, you will see a "Attachments" drop-down section on the left-hand side of the screen after ticket and customer details. Click on it to expand the details.

  4. You will see a list of all the attachments that have been added to the ticket. To view an attachment, simply click on it download the attachment.

  5. If you want to delete an attachment, click on the Delete icon next to it.

  6. A confirmation screen will appear asking you to confirm the deletion. Click "Confirm" to delete the attachment.
