How to view customer & User details for a ticket.

To view customer & user details for the ticket, follow these steps:

Step 1: Access the service desk module on side navigation bar and choose "Tickets" section.

Step 2: Look for the ticket you want to view and click on it to open it.

Step 3: Find "Customer Details" and click to expand the drop-down section.

Step 4: The customer name and user name, along with site, email, contact number and address details can be seen in the customer details list.
