Select All tickets, a board, or a saved filter to update the ticket table.

Troubleshooting

A saved filter is not displayed

Confirm that the filter was saved from the correct view. Filters saved from All tickets appear under All tickets, while filters saved from a board appear under that board.

A bulk action is unavailable

Confirm that:

  • At least one ticket is selected

  • You have permission to perform the action

  • The selected tickets support the requested action

Merge Tickets: Available only when multiple tickets are selected, and all selected tickets belong to the same customer.

Add Assignee: Available only for active tickets. It is not possible to add assignees to Closed tickets.

A ticket does not appear in the table

Confirm that:

  • The correct board or saved filter is selected

  • Applied filters are not excluding the ticket

  • The Me or All view is set correctly

  • The ticket is not archived

SLA information is not displayed

Confirm that an SLA policy is assigned to the ticket. Tickets without an SLA display a dash instead of Response SLA or Resolution SLA information.
