Access the service desk's module on side navigation bar and select "Tickets" to get into ticket section. All the tickets raised by users on Agent software, Tickets created by resources, Alerts receiving from tools, Tickets generating from recurring tasks etc will be listing on tickets section.

How to filter tickets according to the board.

To filter tickets according to the board, follow these steps:

1. On the top left-hand side of the tickets table, you will find "Boards" drop down menu.

2. Click the drop-down menu and choose the board that you want to view tickets.

Various boards can be created at "Boards" on "Control Centre" "ServiceDesk Configurations" section to categories tickets accordingly like User tickets, Alert tickets, Onsite tickets, VIP user tickets etc and use automation feature to get tickets added to each board automatically.

How to filter tickets according to the customers.

To filter tickets according to the customers, follow these steps:

1. On the top left-hand side of the tickets table, you will find "Customers" drop-down menu.

2. Click the drop-down menu and choose the customer you want to view tickets.

How to filter tickets according to the sites.

To filter tickets according to the sites, follow these steps:

1. On the top left-hand side of the tickets table, you will find "Sites" drop-down menu to right of Customers Drop down menu.

By default all sites should selected according to customer selected

2. If you want to filter tickets for any specific site of customer, Choose the site you want to view tickets of from drop-down menu.

To filter tickets view more, follow these steps:

  1. Click the filter button on top right side of tickets table, the filter icon

  2. From the side filter panel that opens up, choose the filter that suits your needs.

  3. Finally, click on the "Apply filters" button to apply all the filters you've selected.

With these steps, you'll be able to filter your tickets view and customize your experience.

How to refresh the ticket board.

To refresh the ticket board to get latest list of tickets, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the "refresh icon" located next to the filter icon on top right side of tickets table.

  2. Click on the "refresh icon" to refresh the ticket board with latest tickets.
