How to Modify selected tickets from the board.
To modify selected tickets from the board, follow these steps:
Navigate to the service desk's module on side navigation bar and select "Tickets".
On the following screen, choose the ticket(s) you wish to modify by selecting the checkbox.
Once you have selected the desired ticket(s), an action bar will appear at bottom. Click on "Modify”.
A new window will open, which will display the selected tickets at top.
Click on the "Modify" drop-down menu
Select the attribute(s) you want to change the status of.
You can change ticket properties include Board, Status, Priority, SLA, Work Type, Ticket Type, Impact, Source, Location, Urgency etc.
Once you've selected the appropriate attribute, change its status by clicking on the drop-down next to it, which contains values specific to the attribute selected.
To save the modified information, click on "Save Changes."
That's it! You have successfully modified tickets from the board.
