From the Ticket Table:
Select the tickets you want to merge.
An action bar will appear at the bottom.
Click Merge, choose the parent ticket, and then confirm the merge.
Note: Only tickets belonging to the same customer can be merged. If tickets from different customers are selected, the merge option will be disabled.
From the Ticket Details Page:
Open the ticket.
On the left-side panel, under Related Tickets, click the + icon.
Select the tickets you want to merge into this ticket.
Click Merge to complete the action.
