Merge tickets

From the Ticket Table:

  • Select the tickets you want to merge.

  • An action bar will appear at the bottom.

  • Click Merge, choose the parent ticket, and then confirm the merge.

  • Note: Only tickets belonging to the same customer can be merged. If tickets from different customers are selected, the merge option will be disabled.



From the Ticket Details Page:

  • Open the ticket.

  • On the left-side panel, under Related Tickets, click the + icon.

  • Select the tickets you want to merge into this ticket.

  • Click Merge to complete the action.
