How to Assign tickets to themself or other resources from the board.
To assign tickets to themself or other resources from the board, follow these steps:
Navigate to the service desk's module on side navigation bar and select "Tickets".
On the following screen, select the ticket(s) by marking the checkbox.
When you have selected the desired ticket(s), an action bar will appear at bottom. Click on "Assign".
A new window will appear; which will display the selected tickets and resources list
Select the resource that you want to assign the ticket(s) to from the "Select resource" drop-down.
To self-assign, select "Myself" from the drop-down.
Once you have made your selection, click apply.
