How to search for a ticket.
To search for a ticket, follow these steps:
First, go to the service desk's side module on navigation bar and click on "Tickets".
Once you're on the tickets screen, locate the "Search Bar" at the top right corner of the screen.
Enter the ID of the ticket, Summary, Description, Priority, Status etc. that you want to search for and then press "Enter".
The search results for the ticket you are looking for will be displayed on the screen.
