To create a non-billable ticket, follow these steps:
Step 1: From the service desk's on side navigation bar, select "Tickets".
Step 2: On the right-hand side of the screen, click on "Tickets +" button.
Step 3: A pop-up screen will appear. Locate the "Billable" toggle button.
Step 4: By default, the billable button is turned ON. To make it non-billable, turn it OFF.
Step 5: Fill in the remaining fields, and click "Create" to submit the ticket.
Congratulations! You have now successfully created a non-billable ticket.
