Super Admin:

This is the highest level of access in the system, with complete control and permissions over all features and functions and access to control centre. Super Admins are typically responsible for managing user accounts, Resources, and permissions, and overseeing system maintenance and upgrades.

An account owner will be always an super admin and will not be able to change resource type for a account owner account.

Admin:

This is a user who has elevated permissions and access only to configurations tab on control centre. They will also have access to all other sections as normal users.

Normal Resource:

This is a standard user with basic access to the system, typically restricted to Service Desk sections, customer sections, Announcements etc. They need to rely on Admins and Super Admins for assistance with system-level issues or changes that need to be made on configurations or control center modules.
