How to Unlock an Account
To unlock an account, follow the steps below:
On side navigation bar, access the Control Center
Choose the "Resources" option from My Company section.
Choose the resource from the displayed list for which you want to unlock the account.
On the window, click on "Unlock Account" button.
Your account is now successfully unlocked.
