How to reset the password of a resource
This user guide provides instructions on how to reset the password of a resource. To reset the password, follow the steps below:
On side navigation bar, access the Control Center
Choose the "Resources" option from My Company section.
From the displayed list of resources, choose the resource for which you want to reset the password.
Click on the "Security" tab found on the pop-up window.
Enter the "Reset Password" it will send a link to the email to reset the password.
Once you have filled in the new password, enter your own password in the password box located adjacent to the "Save" option.
Click on "Save" to save the new password.
By following these steps, you can successfully reset the password of a resource.
