How to add Resources.

To add resources, follow these steps:

Step 1)On side navigation bar, access the Control Center

Step 2)Choose the "Resources" option from My Company section.

Step 3) Click on the "Resources +" option located on the top right-hand side of the screen.

Step 4) Fill out the details in the window that appears.

Step 5) Click on the "save" button to store the information.

Step 6) An email will be sent to your resource's mail box, open the mail from the mailbox and click on "Activate Account".

Step 7) They will be redirected to a page where they can set password for their account. click on sign up after setting password.

Congratulations! You have now successfully added a new resource to your system.

Resource details.

Email ID: Input the email ID of the resource.

First Name: Input the first name of the resource.

Middle Name: Input the middle name of the resource.

Last Name: Input the last name of the resource.

Display Name: Input the name that the resource wishes to display.

Resource Type: Choose the resource type from the list provided.

Location: Specify the location of the resource.

Work Type: Input the work type of the resource.

Time zone: Choose the time zone from which the resource will work from the list provided.
