Resend Invitation Mail for a Resource

When a new user is created, an invitation link is automatically generated and sent to the email address associated with the user. This invitation link is valid for 4 hours. If the user fails to use the link within this timeframe, it will expire, rendering it unusable for account access.

In the event that the link expires before the user has utilized it to create their account, they will no longer be able to log in using that particular invitation. However, there is an option available to resend the invitation link to the user. This can be done by selecting that particular resource and in the opened modal locate "resend invite" button and selecting the option to resend the active invitation link. By doing so, the user will receive a new invitation email containing a fresh link, enabling them to create their account within the designated timeframe.

To perform this follow these steps

  1. On side navigation bar, access the Control Center.

  2. Choose the "Resources" option from My Company section.

  3. Choose the particular resource from the list.

  4. A modal will pop up, locate the "resend invite" button on the right top corner and click to it, If account is not activated yet.

  5. A new link is send to the provided mail with the same time period.

Once you complete this step user can successfully login through the link
