Raise Tickets Through Mail
Users can send email to Support Mail from their mail ID to raise a ticket.
How to get support mail for your account
Follow the steps get support mail for your account
Step 1: Go to the side navigation bar and choose the Control Center option.
Step 2: Choose the Email option from the Channels section.
Step 3: Your Support Email box in DeskDay will be displayed there.
Step 4: You can also add your own support mailbox using the Support Email+ option.
Step 5: Emails sent to the support email ID are automatically converted into tickets.
