You can make a ticket recurring while creating a new ticket or from an existing ticket. This helps you turn one-time work into a repeat schedule without creating the same ticket manually again and again.

Make a ticket recurring while creating a new ticket

To make a ticket recurring while creating a new ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Create ticket drawer.
