Sometimes you may need to cancel a support ticket if the issue has been resolved independently or is no longer relevant. Follow these simple steps to cancel your ticket:
Step 1: View Your Tickets
Navigate to your tickets section in the IT-Connect web portal where you can access a complete list of all your submitted tickets.

Step 2: Select the Ticket to Cancel
Browse through your ticket list and click on the specific ticket that you wish to cancel.
Step 3: Locate the Cancel Option
Once you have opened your ticket, locate the "Cancel Ticket" button at the top of the screen.

Step 4: Confirm Cancellation
Click on the "Cancel Ticket" button to proceed. The system will immediately update the ticket status to "Cancelled," removing it from the active support queue.

How to Cancel Multiple Tickets in IT-Connect Teams Application
Step 1: Select Multiple Tickets
Browse through your ticket list and select all the tickets you wish to cancel. You can select multiple tickets by checking the boxes next to each ticket or using the selection method provided
Step 2: Locate the Bulk Cancel Option
Once you have selected your desired tickets, a "Cancel Ticket" button will appear in the top right corner of the screen. This button becomes visible only when one or more tickets are selected.
Step 3: Confirm Bulk Cancellation
Click on the "Cancel Ticket" button to proceed with the cancellation. All selected tickets will have their status changed to "Cancelled" simultaneously, removing them from the active support queue.
Important Notes:
Ensure you've selected only the tickets you want to cancel before clicking the button
Once tickets are cancelled, they cannot be reopened
