Creating a support ticket in IT-Connect is quick and straightforward. Follow these simple steps to get your issue resolved:
Step 1: Start a New Ticket
Navigate to the IT-Connect web portal and locate the "New Ticket+" button at the top right corner of your screen. Click on it to begin the ticket creation process.
Step 2: Fill in Ticket Details
A modal window will appear with several fields to help us better understand your issue:

Urgency Level: Select how critical your issue is.
Summary: Provide a brief, clear title that describes your problem
Description: Add detailed information about your issue, including any error messages or steps that led to the problem
Take your time to fill in these details accurately - the more information you provide, the faster we can resolve your issue.
Once you've completed all the necessary fields, click the "Create" button at the bottom of the modal.
Congratulations! Your ticket has been successfully created and submitted
