How to take Remote control from an Alert Ticket.

  1. Within the alert ticket, find the "Remote Control" button and give it a click.

  2. A side drawer will slide out, displaying the device linked to your user profile. Choose the desired device and click "Connect."

  3. To establish the connection, log in to N-able using your credentials. Once logged in, you can proceed to take Remote Control.
